Features & Limits
What types of limits can I set?
Limify supports three main types of limits:
- Product purchase limits (maximum quantity per product or variant)
- Order quantity limits (minimum and maximum per order)
- Stock threshold rules (automatic limits based on inventory levels)
Can I set limits per product or per variant?
Yes. Limits can be configured at both the product level and the individual variant level, giving you granular control over each item in your store.
Do limits apply per customer or per order?
You can configure limits to apply per order, per customer, or both. This flexibility lets you prevent bulk buying while still allowing reasonable purchases.
Can I set different limits for different products?
Yes. Each product or variant can have its own unique limit configuration. You can also apply bulk rules to collections or your entire catalog.
How do stock threshold rules work?
Stock threshold rules automatically adjust purchase limits based on your current inventory levels. For example, you can set tighter limits when stock drops below a certain quantity, helping prevent overselling during high-demand periods.
