Information We Collect

Store Information

  • Store Details: Your Shopify store name, store URL, and store configuration data necessary to provide the App's functionality.
  • Product Data: Product catalog information including product names, variants, prices, and inventory levels to configure and enforce purchase limits.
  • Order Data: Order information including quantities and customer identifiers to enforce per-customer and per-order limits.

Merchant Information

  • Account Information: Name and email address associated with your Shopify account, used for communication and support purposes.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: How you interact with the App within Shopify admin, including features used, settings configured, and pages viewed.

Third-Party Services

  • Shopify API: We access your store data through Shopify's API to read product, inventory, and order information and to enforce purchase limits. Your data is processed in accordance with Shopify's Privacy Policy.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Data Retention

We retain your store and configuration data for as long as the App is installed on your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, we delete your store data within 30 days. Aggregated and anonymized usage data may be retained for product improvement purposes.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmission between the App and Shopify is encrypted. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
